I didn't really think about pigs swimming before this ;)<br /><br />Sorry to say I'm not much help with food budgeting... my kids moving out (probably not an option for you) has certainly saved us money and not just on food! Of course we had to get past the college part first which was even harder.... sigh. I DO try to plan meals ahead (not at the store while shopping), I use a shopping list, sale flyers and we BOTH take our lunch to work... but it sounds like you already do all of these things!
